Synopsis
Documentary about the highly competitive and lucrative world of beauty pageants in India, culminating with the top prize: Miss India. Director Minkie Spiro went deep inside the intensive training camps and explored what it takes to get sixteen contestants ready for the competition. As well as insightful and often amusing behind-the-scenes discoveries, the film examines what drives these young women toward this particular goal.
